Do I need prior experience in real estate or construction?
No. The course is designed for people with no prior experience. We start from the fundamentals and progress gradually to the most technical topics. Motivation and discipline matter more than previous experience.
How is this course different from a single-state course?
This is a new, more complete program that covers both residential and commercial inspection, plus the 4-Point and Wind Mitigation reports. It includes technology tools (CRM, AI, exam platform) that the basic course does not, and it prepares you for two markets instead of one.
What is the Cram course and how does it help me?
The Cram is an intensive review held right before the state exam, where we recap all the critical content, resolve doubts and practice with simulators. It is designed to maximize your chances of passing on the first try. The Gold Plan includes 1 Cram and the Platinum includes 3.
What happens after the first 10 free inspections with the AI software?
After your first 10 inspections you can keep using the software on a monthly plan at a preferential rate for program graduates. The price stays well below the individual cost for the general public.
Can I finance the course?
Yes. All three plans can be financed in up to 12 monthly installments by credit card via Stripe. We also offer alternative payment options you can discuss with an advisor over WhatsApp.
Is the course online or in person?
You have both options. The theory portion is 100% online and self-paced so you can study on your own schedule. In-person workshops are held periodically in Atlanta as an optional complement to reinforce hands-on learning.
What if I live outside Florida or Georgia?
The course certifies you in 48 states. Florida and California require an additional state exam, but we prepare you for it. Fourteen states require no additional exam at all. We guide you so you choose the right path for your location.
Is passing the exam guaranteed?
No serious program can guarantee you will pass, because it depends on your study. However, the Platinum Plan includes 3 intensive Crams and support until you pass, which maximizes your chances of success on the first or second attempt.
